RE/MAX of Indiana is happy to announce that local real estate leader, RE/MAX Results, is expanding its northeast Indiana market presence by acquiring RE/MAX Rainbow of Warsaw, Ind. The newly expanded company is comprised of nearly 150 sales associates in six offices.
Co-owners Larry Phillips and Todd Stock of Fort Wayne will take over for Steve and Jeannie Savage who owned RE/MAX Rainbow. Steve Savage will join RE/MAX Results as sales manager while continuing to service his clients in Kosciusko County.
“Over the years, we have built a great relationship with Steve and Jeannie who felt our company was a good match for them. And their Warsaw office is a perfect fit for us as we continue our regional expansion,” said Phillips. “They have a highly experienced and productive group of agents who fit in well with our culture, so we are thrilled they have joined RE/MAX Results.”
The Warsaw office will bring the total number of sales associates with RE/MAX Results to 143, which also includes Fort Wayne, Angola, Goshen and Wolcottville.
