The end of July marked another milestone for prominent Milwaukee-based real estate company RE/MAX Realty 100. They celebrated 35 years in business at the Wisconsin Country Club in Milwaukee. The red, white and blue Americana themed festivities were kicked off by Kathy Martello, Vice President of Operations at RE/MAX Realty 100 as she delivered a heart-felt presentation including a historical review of the company’s past, and present.
Co-Founder and President of RE/MAX Realty 100, Jeff Benson paid tribute to his staff, past agents and associates for their vital role in the company’s success. Benson was also honored at the event by special, surprise guest and longtime friend, Vinnie Tracey, president of RE/MAX International.
“Jeff quickly established himself as a local real estate leader early in his career with RE/MAX, and the success of RE/MAX Realty 100 is a testament to his genuine dedication to serve those in his community,” said Tracey. “Jeff’s success is not only measured by his business achievement, but for the notable impact he’s had improving the lives of others: providing jobs, mentoring productive agents, helping community members buy and sell homes, making charitable contributions, and genuinely encouraging people to embrace the American dream.”

Jeff Benson opened RE/MAX Realty 100 in July 1979 as one of the early RE/MAX pioneers. The company has since grown to become an integral part of the Milwaukee landscape. Employing more than 200 Agents and employees at four locations through out Milwaukee metro: Brookfield, Hales Corners, Milwaukee and Menomonee Falls.
RE/MAX Realty 100 has received many honors and awards over the years, repeatedly taking top honors as the Top Office in Closed Transactions, within the RE/MAX organization, for the state of Wisconsin.
In addition to selling real estate, Realty 100 staff and agents are also very active in the community. Donating to the Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee and holding annual blood drives for the Wisconsin Blood Center are just a few of the organizations they are committed to. Their generosity has translated to an annual award for being the number one Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) RE/MAX contributor in Wisconsin. RE/MAX Realty 100 Associates not only give a portion of their commissions to benefit the local CMN beneficiary hospital Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, but also hold holiday Silent Auctions, garage sales and golf outings.
They have contributed over $350,000 since the RE/MAX/CMN partnership started in 1992.
