RE/MAX Preferred Realty has expanded into Montevideo and Granite Fall markets by merging with RE/MAX Neighbors. The merger brings RE/MAX Preferred Realty’s locations to five, serving home buyers and sellers in and around the communities of Willmar, Spicer, Olivia and now Montevideo and Granite Falls.
For the last 19 years, RE/MAX Preferred Realty has built its presence in Central Minnesota, offering extensive resources for clients interested in residential and lake shore properties. The expansion will provide unified RE/MAX brand impressions and give the public better access to convenient locations, 14 full-time agents, and a variety of tools, increasing opportunities to buy and sell homes efficiently.
