RE/MAX North Central is very pleased to welcome a new office to the region; Dean Ramsden Realty in central Wisconsin has converted to RE/MAX Connect!
Dean Ramsden, new broker/owner of RE/MAX Connect, is joined by associates Beth E. Martin and Kathy Goffin. Ramsden and his team specialize in residential, commercial and rental markets in the Wisconsin Rapids greater area, including Nekoosa, Wausau, Port Edwards and Mosinee. Ramsden says he’s always put his clients first and can better serve them by aligning with RE/MAX. “Converting to RE/MAX strengthens our efforts, which ultimately helps us better serve the local housing market and sets up our clients for success.”
Ramsden and his associates have each pledged to become Miracle Home Associates and will contribute a portion of their commissions to the local CMNH beneficiary, Ministry St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital of Marshfield, WI.
To celebrate the conversion, RE/MAX Connect will host an open house and fundraiser event to benefit CMNH on May 20, from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. All community members are welcome.
