RE/MAX residential specialists led all competitors, in properties sold, and ranked among the top 1,000 real estate agents in the nation.
Published by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, “The Thousand” ranked the top 250 agents and top 250 teams for transaction sides and sales volume. When the 500 transaction standings are combined, RE/MAX agents hold 98 places. That’s nearly one out of five – and more than any other real estate brand in the report, which ranks participating agents based on 2012 production.
Fifty-five RE/MAX teams placed on the Top 250 list of teams with the most transaction sides. They claimed five of the top 10 rankings. Second in the nation was Ryan O’Neill’s Minnesota Real Estate Team of RE/MAX Advantage Plus in Lakeville, Minn. with 1,105 sides. RE/MAX teams averaged 359 sides.
In good company with The Minnesota Real Estate Team were four other RE/MAX teams and ten individuals from the RE/MAX North Central region of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
