Leverage INRIX Drive Time Feature on LeadStreet

When considering moving to a new residence, your clients have a lot to factor in their decision. One of the most, if not the most, important factors is their daily commute to and from their workplace. You probably hear this question frequently, “How long of a drive do you think this neighborhood is from my work, kids’ school or daycare, or my health club?” Wouldn’t you like to have a tool to share with your clients that will provide details on not only distance but actual drive time based on the time of day they usually travel there?

INRIX Drive Time ™ has arrived and is now LIVE on all Lead Street sites. It quietly existed on remax.com for the last couple of months but this feature is even more robust on LeadStreet now. On the property search page, you can now see an INRIX Drive Time ™ banner present and you can help your clients determine what area they should be looking for new listings in that meet their target drive time. This tool will show in search results view exactly how many listings exist in their desired drive time area as well as those that lie outside of it. We have included in this post a helpful video and reference guide for you as an agent to view to learn more on how Drive Time works.

You may want to share with all your Social Media followers an announcement about this new feature. It is always exciting to have new things to talk about, especially when it benefits your network. Also, email your active buyers and sellers about this new tool and offer to coach them through the process. As with any traffic platform, times will vary dependent on real time traffic events and similar so please watch the video and test it out yourself on your site so that you develop a comfort level with it.

As always, if you have any questions or need to report technical issues on Lead Street or any other RE/MAX systems, please submit a help ticket to MaxHelpsYou.com. Thank you and have a great July!
