It’s happened to me countless times: I write a Facebook status and hit enter only to, at the very last second, see a typo. Oh no! It’s live! Everyone can see my mistake!
Before I had two options: 1) delete the post and repost a corrected version or 2) leave the post up and add a comment to correct the mistake.
But now…I can edit!
Facebook recently rolled out the editing feature on the Web and Android devices (iOS is coming soon). You can now edit your post! Simply click on the dropdown arrow located in the right corner of your post. It’ll look like this:
Click edit and fix away! No more deleted posts or glaring mistakes!
