RE/MAX INTEGRA, Midwest currently has two regional training specialists offering relevant and timely educational courses throughout Indiana, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Whether delivering hands-on, live training or webinars, or recording and posting educational video content, their goals are to make sure agents and brokers better understand tools, systems, and strategies to the best of their ability.

Training Specialist Michelle Hoyt primarily serves Indiana and eastern Wisconsin. Michelle started her career in homebuilding and after 10 years of new home sales, she took on a regional sales and marketing position in which she designed and delivered dynamic sales training to managers and sales personnel. When housing took a downturn in 2008, she stepped away from real estate and worked in a variety of industries in various roles to broaden her skills, especially in technology. Prior to joining RE/MAX INTEGRA, she held a role as Senior Broker Consultant at Move, Inc., specifically in the Top Producer division. Her specialties include: lead generation, conversion, and cultivation, social media, video marketing, database management, selling skills, vendor relations, and many other real estate technology applications. A graduate of Indiana State University, Michelle enjoys spending time with her 2 Boston Terriers, viewing her movie collection, and being outdoors.

Training Specialist Crissy Roeglin primarily serves Minnesota and western Wisconsin. With over a decade of experience in training and individual coaching with sales professionals, Crissy has the experience and skills to help sales professionals create the success tehy want. She has a talent in breaking complex matters down to understandable bites and to deliver training at an appropriate level and pace for maximum learning. She understands that learning is a team effort and focuses on creating learner centered and outcome based courses which lead to a dynamic and effective training experience. Her goal is your continued success. Crissy has a strong passion for both building relationships and working intentionally by being strategic. When Crissy is not in training she is an avid superhero and monster movie fan. She is also a perpetual learner and can often be found cuddled up with her German Shepherd dog, Koda, while reading a great book.
