RE/MAX is #1! Year end data has been compiled and RE/MAX remains at the top in the Twin Cities for market share.
When looking at the number of listings sold in the 13-county Twin Cities metro between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013, RE/MAX maintains the number one position with 20.41% market share. RE/MAX narrowly beat out Edina Realty at 20.06%. Coldwell Banker is third at 15.06% with Keller Williams in fourth at 9.66% and Counselor Realty coming in fifth with just 2.13%.
