Location/Parking:
JW Marriott (10 S. West Street – Indianapolis, Indiana 46204) Visit their website here
The discounted maximum daily parking rate has been discounted to $25.
The JW Marriott is located between Washington and Maryland Streets, and to the west of West Street in Downtown Indianapolis. The main entrance into the parking garage is on Maryland Street (just north of Victory Field), however, it is a one-way street going east. If it is more convenient, and weather permitting, there is also a small ramp into the parking garage off of Washington which is a one-way going west. The ramp is just past the TGI Friday’s and Fairfield Inn entrance. If you miss that entrance, no worries, just keep turning left and you will be able to enter the Maryland Street Entrance. View a more detailed map here. (The hotel is projecting plenty of space in the parking garage for RE/MAX but if the garage is full, they will switch to a “valet only” system. Make sure to arrive early.)
You may valet if you choose, but you WILL NOT receive the parking discount. Make sure to take your parking ticket with you. All machines take cash and credit cards.
Event location:
The Awards Celebration will be held in the JW Grand Ballroom on the 3rd floor. From the main lobby, take the escalator up and follow the RE/MAX signage to registration.
Coat check:
A coat check will be staffed for your convenience.
What to Wear:
Business or business casual attire, or anything you would feel comfortable being photographed wearing.
Avoid the No Show Fee:
If you find you are no longer able to attend, please cancel by emailing eendress@remaxintegra.com with Cancel in the subject line, and your name and office name in the email, to avoid the $50 no-show fee.
