Through the Miracle Home Program, you support your local Children’s Miracle Network hospital by making a donation with every real estate transaction. Miracle Home Associates are encouraged to spread the word about Children’s Miracle Network and your involvement on remax.com, through the use of customizable Design Center brochures, on yard signs with CMN sign riders, and on personal promotion through the use of co-branded logos. Those giving at the $25 per transaction level (or higher) can honor their clients by requesting a card be sent after the closing via the Honor Card Program sponsored by CMN and your local hospital.

In Minnesota and Wisconsin, funds benefit our four member hospitals- Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, and Ministry St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital. Hospital territories are based on counties served.

Are you a CMN Miracle Home Associate who donates a portion of each listing sold to CMN? Honor cards are a great way to thank your clients for listing their home as a Miracle Home. If you contribute at the $25 per transaction giving level, you are qualified to have an Honor Card sent to your client after closing. Cards are personalized with your name and office, along with the story of a CMN child helped by your local hospital.

• Click “Create an Honor Card.”
• Auto populate the RE/MAX International ID code and office code fields. Click the search tool, and search via your first and last name. Be sure to use your name as it is documented by your RE/MAX office. (example: Robert vs. Bob)
• Confirm the donation amount made on behalf of the transaction. (This is a verification of eligibility. No money will be charged) Click NEXT.
• Verify your agent information. Click NEXT.
• Enter your client information as you would like it to appear on the Honor Card. Please be sure to use the correct forwarding address. Click NEXT.
• Verify your information, and your client’s information, as it will appear on your Honor Card. You may also preview your card.
• Your card is now ready for submission. Click FINISH.
