RE/MAX Leading Edge Opens in Kenosha, WI

Lisa Fabiano

We are pleased to announce that RE/MAX agent, Lisa Fabiano, is building upon her 20-year sales career and has opened a new RE/MAX office, RE/MAX Leading Edge, in Kenosha, WI.

Fabiano is a Kenosha born-and-raised Realtor who has been looking forward to this new business venture.  “I’m thrilled to announce the opening of this new franchise. I saw a need for another real estate office to serve the Kenosha marketplace, and I’m excited to provide my current and future clients with the new resources RE/MAX Leading Edge has to offer.”

Fabiano joined RE/MAX four years ago for our national brand recognition and agent-focused business model. An entrepreneur at heart, she said RE/MAX offered her the right tools to smoothly transition into her new role as franchise owner after formerly working as an agent with the company.

“This opportunity allows me to build the new franchise from the ground up in an environment that will support my long-term goals. I’m grateful to work for a company that provides options for brokers to customize their practice to meet the needs of their business.”

RE/MAX Leading Edge will serve residential real estate clients from its new, 1,200 square foot location at 6804 Green Bay Road, Suite 117 in Kenosha. According to Fabiano, the office will house up to five agents with new recruitments beginning later in 2015.

Prior to joining RE/MAX, Fabiano served as an agent with local brokerage and since the age of 17, has developed an expertise for sales.

“It’s important to look at a job in sales as an opportunity to really understand a person’s true wants and needs and personality style,” said Fabiano. “When helping someone find the home of their dreams, I try to learn as much as I can about that person, put myself in their shoes and really understand how they think. It’s so rewarding to know that I’ve helped someone find happiness in one of the biggest decisions of their lives – purchasing a new home.”

Fabiano graduated from the University of Wisconsin Parkside with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Active in her community, Fabiano donates funds to children’s hospitals through the Children’s Miracle Network. She also volunteers with the Women and Children’s Horizon Shelter, which advocates for victims of domestic violence.
